Pattern of Violations Single Source Page
In June of 2007, MSHA sent letters to eight mine operators around the country putting them on notice that each one of them has a potential pattern of violations of mandatory health or safety standards under section 104(e) of the Federal Mine Safety and Health Act of 1977.
