Are All Seats Safe?
All car seats rated by NHTSA meet Federal Safety Standards & strict crash performance standards. While all rated seats are safe, they do differ in their ease of use in four basic catagories:

Securing the Child2 stars
Seat did not arrive ready to use out of box. Harness clip is not labeled to indicate its placement.Access to the harness adjuster may be difficult.Headrest or other object in the way of harness slots. Must re-thread harness to adjust. Loose mandatory pieces exist if seat is disassembled for cleaning.
Installation Features4 stars
No angle feedback present.Latch anchors are push-button connectors.Storage system for LATCH and tether exists, but it may easily be overlooked.
