• Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C. § 2000d et seq.
• Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, 20 U.S.C. § 1681 et seq.
• Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1968, 23 U.S.C. § 140
  Employment assurances for receipt of funds for the Federal-aid highway systems.   Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, or religion.
• Federal-Aid Highway Act of 1973, 23 U.S.C. § 324
  Covers any Highway (23 U.S.C.) program or activity receiving funds.   Prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex.
• Railroad Revitalization and Regulatory Reform Act of 1976, 49 U.S.C. § 306
  Covers several railroad reform programs.  As this date, this program does not receive funding.  Prohibits discrimination on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex.
