Q : How Do I Apply?To apply for asylum, you will need to complete Form I-589, Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal, and follow the instructions carefully. The form I-589 is available here. Forms are also available by clicking on the link, by calling the forms request line at 1-800-870-3676, or by submitting a request through our forms by mail system.
