Supplementary Homicide Report

Shown here is the Supplementary Homicide Report (SHR), a component of the Uniform Crime Reporting Program (UCR) of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). It is completed only for homicides.  It includes victim and suspect age, sex, race, and ethnicity, the relationship between the victim and the offender, weapon used, and circumstances of the incident. It also distinguishes between intentional manslaughter and manslaughter by negligence.
