Overview:
Learn about the philosophy and practice of ecological theory and discuss contemporary challenges to effective implementation of the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA). NEPA established national environmental policy, goals and implementation processes for the protection, maintenance and enhancement of the environment. Understand how to properly develop and file an environmental assessment (EA), a finding of no significant impact (FONSI) and an environmental impact study (EIS).
