SAMHSA's Fundamentals of Disaster Planning and Response (Webcast)
This Web site includes Webcast presentations on a range of disaster behavioral health topics including substance abuse disorders, trauma, and post-traumatic stress.

Center for Substance Abuse Treatment's Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment
This Web site describes Screening, Brief Intervention, Referral, and Treatment, a comprehensive, integrated, public health approach to the delivery of early intervention and treatment services for persons with substance use disorders, as well as those who are at risk of developing these disorders. Primary care centers, hospital emergency rooms, trauma centers, and other community settings provide opportunities for early intervention with at-risk substance users before more severe consequences occur.

Center for Substance Abuse Treatment's Digital Access to Medication (D-ATM) Pilot Project
This Web site describes D-ATM, a pilot system being developed by the Center for Substance Abuse Treatment (CSAT). D-ATM allows Opioid Treatment Programs to access information during a disaster in order to verify that a person is a patient, and provide a safe and accurate dose.
