Get Your Community Moving with Hearts N' Parks
The Hearts N' Parks Community Mobilization Kit features a 309-page, field
tested guide to help you organize and promote low-cost, effective
heart-healthy programs in partnership with your local park or recreation
center. It includes activity plans, promotional samples, tips on getting
media coverage, and more. Developed with the National Recreation and Park
Association, Hearts N' Parks is highly adaptable for a range of ages,
activities, and settings. The kit also includes an 8-minute Hearts N' Parks
video.
