Speaker Biographies

Holly H. McPeak, MS

Holly McPeak is a Public Affairs Specialist with the USDA/FSIS Food Safety Education Staff. She is the project coordinator for a national consumer education campaign designed to promote the use of food thermometers, developed by FSIS, popularly known as the Thermy™ campaign. Holly has been with FSIS for 4 years. Prior to her work in food safety, she was a Nutritionist for the Food and Nutrition Service for 14 years, working with Team Nutrition initiatives and implementing nutrition guidance for the Child Nutrition Programs. Holly has a Masters Degree in Nutrition from Drexel University, Philadelphia, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology from LeMoyne College, Syracuse, New York.
