| Description |
On July 2, 1992 the President signed into law S. 2901, the Tennessee Primary Care Network legislation. The legislation amends the Omnibus Budget Reconciliation Act of 1989 to direct the Secretary of Health and Human Services to extend the waiver of the enrollment mix requirement under title XIX (Medicaid) of the Social Security Act which was granted to the Tennessee Primary Care Network. |
