Speaker Biographies

Nilda Villegas

Ms. Villegas is a Public Affairs Specialist with the Food and Drug Administration in San Juan, Puerto Rico. She has been working with the Agency for 19 years and as a Public Affairs Specialist the last 9 years. Ms. Villegas, together with officials of the University of Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Department of Health, formed the Puerto Rico Food Safety Education Consortium 4 years ago to promote the Fight BAC!® campaign.
