Speaker BiographiesLisa TreiberLisa Treiber has worked for
Michigan State University Extension
for four years as an Extension
Educator. She currently is the
Co-Chair of the MSUE Food Safety Area
of Expertise Team. She also helped
form the Tri-County Food Safety Task
Force in Mid-Michigan, which is a
collaboration of many organizations
and agencies that promote food safety.
Prior to coming to MSUE, Lisa worked
for the WIC program and the food
industry. She has a B.S. in Food and
Nutrition from Central
