Speaker Biographies

Kelee Hansen, M.B.A., R.D.

Kelee Hansen earned an M.B.A. in Business Administration, and a B.S. in Nutrition and Food Sciences, with an emphasis in Dietetics from Utah State University. Kelee is the Assistant Director of the Safe Food Institute in North Logan, Utah. In this capacity, she is responsible for managing and coordinating multiple consumer and retail food safety research projects. Keleeā€™s expertise is in strategic planning and development, project management, food safety and science, research practice, and consumer education. Kelee is a Registered Dietitian with nine years experience in the food service industry. She is ServSafe certified.
