B. Susie Craig
Susie Craig is an Area Extension
Educator/Associate Professor in Food
Safety for Washington State University
Cooperative Extension. Since
completion of graduate studies at
Purdue University, she has served as
an Assistant Professor at West
Virginia University, West Virginia
State College and the University of
Charleston. She served as the
Nutrition and Health Team Leader for
Cornell University Cooperative
Extension in Rochester, NY. She was
the national consultant for Future
Homemakers of America in the design,
development and implementation of a
wellness program titled The Student
Body. Prior to joining Washington
State University Extension, she
specialized in cognitive restructuring
and behavior intervention assisting
individuals in making lasting and
beneficial changes in their lives.
