Vision and Mission Statement

To provide accounting support, services, and related financial management
direction necessary to accomplish the Bureau of Reclamation’s mission.

The Finance and Accounting Division (FAD) is responsible for providing centralized accounting and financial operations, accounting systems, and management information systems support to all of Reclamation.

FAD provides Reclamation-wide financial management and administrative support for payments, billings, collections, and maintenance of accountable financial records. This includes:

FAD is also responsible for the management of the Reclamation-wide integrated charge card program, providing financial and accounting support to Reclamation's Job Corps Program, and providing technical support for the users of the Federal Financial (accounting) System (FFS), Program and Budget System (PABS), and the Financial Information Reporting System (FIRS).
