THE DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE ISSUED THE FOLLOWING STATEMENT TODAY IN REGARD TO THE U.S. v. MICROSOFT CASE

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The Department's Antitrust Division has retained Greenhill & Co. LLC, of New York City, as financial advisor to assist the Division in analyzing financial aspects of the full range of potential remedies in U.S. v. Microsoft, including conduct and structural relief.
