NOTICE OF UPCOMING DEPOSITIONS IN U.S. v. MICROSOFT

WASHINGTON, D.C. — Pursuant to the April 1, 1999 Order of the U.S. District Court for Washington, D.C., notice is given that the following depositions in the Microsoft antitrust trial have been scheduled:

This schedule is subject to change and will be updated as required by the Court's Order. The Order also provides that a party that notices a deposition shall provide three days notice to the press and public, but need not provide three days notice for the rescheduling of a deposition that had previously been noticed.
