Oak Ridge Reservation: Update on ORRHES Work Groups

The Oak Ridge Reservation Health Effects Subcommittee (ORRHES) reorganized its work groups to align its activities with those of the project and the agency as reflected in the ATSDR Public Health Assessment Guidance Manual. The new Work Groups and their chairs are:

  • Exposure Evaluation Work Group
    Chair: Tony Malinauskas

  • Community Concerns and Communication Work Group
    Chair: George Gartseff

  • Health Outcome Data Work Group
    Chair: Pete Malmquist

  • Subcommittee Business Work Group

All Work Groups meetings are open to members of the community (residents, workers, businesses, churches, etc.,) all members of the ORRHES, ATSDR site team, and any other federal, state, and/or local agency staff who would like to participate. You may call the ATSDR field office (865-220-0295) or the ATSDR Atlanta office (404-498-1751) to check the dates for upcoming meetings.
