Run time is 7mins, 51 seconds. - An Overview of Medicare Preventive Services for Physicians, Providers, Suppliers, and Other Health Care Professionals – This educational video program provides health care professionals with an overview of preventive services covered by Medicare including the preventive services that became effective January 2005 as a result of the Medicare Prescription Drug, Improvement, and Modernization Act (MMA) of 2003. This program will discuss risk factors associated with various preventable diseases and highlight the importance of prevention, detection, and early treatment. This course is useful for physicians, providers, suppliers, and other health care professionals involved in providing preventive services to Medicare beneficiaries. This program is suitable for viewing by individuals or as part of a group trainings session. This educational video has been approved for .1 IACET* CEU for successful completion.
