Natural Gas Distribution Incident Data - March 2004 to Present
The compressed file contains the following files:

D0204_READ.ME - Procedure for loading the DLEAK0204.TXT into MS Excel.
DLEAK0204.TXT - Tab-delimited ASCII text file with the natural gas distribution incident data.
NDLEAK0204.TXT - Schema file that describes the fields in the DLEAK0204.TXT.

Natural Gas Distribution Incident Data - mid 1984 to February 2004
The compressed file contains the following files:

D_READ.ME - Procedure for loading the D_DATA.TXT into MS Excel.
D_DATA.TXT - Tab-delimited ASCII text file with the natural gas distribution incident data.
NDLEAK.TXT - Schema file that describes the fields in the D_DATA.TXT.
The following two redundant fields were removed for clarification.
YR - Year the report was received by OPS.
LOG - Sequential record identifier.
These fields are represented in the REPORT_ID field.
Statistical data calculated by year should be using the year from the INCIDENT_DATE field.

Natural Gas Distribution Incident Data - 1970 to mid 1984
The compressed file contains the following files:

PD_READ.ME - Procedure for loading the PD7084.TXT into MS Excel.
PD7084.TXT - Tab-delimited ASCII text file with the natural gas distribution incident data.
NPIPD.TXT - Schema file that describes the fields in the PD7084.TXT.

Hazardous Liquid Accident Data - January/2002 to Present
The compressed file contains the following files:

L0102_READ.ME - Describes the files and a procedure for loading liquid accident data into MS Excel.
LIQ0102_GEN.TXT - Tab-delimited ASCII text file with the general hazardous liquid accident data.
LIQ0102_CAUSE.TXT - Tab-delimited ASCII text file with the cause-specific data.
NLLEAK0102.TXT - Schema file that describes the fields in the LIQ0102_GEN.TXT.
NLLEAK0102CAUSE.TXT - Schema file that describes the fields in the LIQ0102_GEN.TXT.
Adobe PDF files of the form with the column names superimposed on the form fields.
