STEREO:
Mission Goals: STEREO uses two observatories - one one ahead of Earth in its orbit, the other trailing behind - to study the structure and evolution of solar storms as they blast from the Sun and move out through space.
Mission Results: STEREO has made the first 3D measurements of a solar jet and is still sending information back to Earth from orbit.
