Galveston, TX, December 9, 2008 -- Deputy FEMA Administrator Harvey Johnson swearing in Kimberly Cormier as FEMA's newest local hire employee. Ms. Cormier was formerly employed by the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston (UTMB) which was forced to lay off thousands of employees after Hurricane Ike severely damaged the medical complex.
