TTB Includes Rulemaking Materials On Regulations.gov Web Site

The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) is now including rulemaking materials on Regulations.gov, the U.S. Government’s eRulemaking Initiative. 

Regulations.gov offers the public the ability to comment on, search, and view publicly available TTB rulemaking materials, including comments received on TTB proposed rules.
Comments on TTB proposed rules published after February 23, 2007, may only be submitted using the following methods:

• Federal eRulemaking Portal: http://www.regulations.gov. 
• Mail: Director, Regulations and Rulings Division, Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, P.O. Box 14412, Washington, DC  20044-4412.
• Hand Delivery/Courier in lieu of mail: Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau, 1310 G Street, NW, Suite 200E, Washington, DC  20005.

The fax, TTB Website, and e-mail methods for submitting comments to TTB have been retired for proposed rules. 

For non-rulemaking actions upon which TTB invites comment, the relevant Federal Register notice may prescribe other methods for submitting the comments.
