Draft EA/FONSI Available for the Construction of a Small Regulatory Reservoir in the Orland Project's Distribution System

The Bureau of Reclamation announces the availability of the Draft Environmental Assessment (EA) and Draft Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI) to approve the construction and use of a 49-acre-foot regulatory reservoir.  This reservoir would be adjacent to the Orland Project and is aimed at improving the efficiency of water management and the flexibility of delivery.  The reservoir would cover approximately 12 acres of irrigated pasture.
