Survey of Small Business Finances
Survey of small businesses in the United States, conducted in 1987, 1993, 1998, and 2003. The survey includes characteristics of firms and owners, the firms' use of financial services and financial service suppliers, and income and balance sheet items.
Note: The survey has been renamed since its last release; the previous name of the survey was National Survey of Small Business Finances.

May 1998 Senior Financial Officer Survey
Survey of senior financial officers at large commercial banks conducted by the Federal Reserve from time to time on special topics. Questions on the May 1998 survey covered banks' responses to recent developments in the reserve market and payment system.

Senior Loan Officer Opinion Survey on Bank Lending Practices
Survey of approximately sixty large domestic banks and twenty-four U.S. branches and agencies of foreign banks. Questions cover changes in the standards and terms of the banks' lending and the state of business and household demand for loans. Often includes questions on one or two other topics of current interest.

Survey of Consumer Finances
Triennial survey by the Board of Governors of selected demographic characteristics of U.S. families, including their income, balance sheets, and use of financial services.

Survey of the Performance and Profitability of CRA-Related Lending
Study, mandated by the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act of 1999, regarding the default rates, delinquency rates, and profitability of lending activities undertaken in conformance with the Community Reinvestment Act of 1977.

Results of a survey conducted during May and July of 1999 by the federal banking regulators. The survey examined the collection of consumer information, interactive capabilities, and privacy disclosures at the web sites of financial institutions.

On the Use of Information and Risk Management by International Banks (59 KB PDF)
Report, by a working group of the Eurocurrency Standing Committee of the central banks of the Group of Ten countries, on (1) whether banks had the information they needed to assess the risks associated with their exposures to Asia and (2) the extent to which they effectively incorporated their assessments into their risk management and lending decisions.
