Pentagon Memorial Opens To The Public The Pentagon Memorial will be open to the public on Sept. 11, 2008, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. EDT. This will be the first opportunity for the general public to view the memorial in remembrance of the lives lost on Sept. 11 at the Pentagon and on American Airlines Flight 77.
