What do I do if I don't have Acrobat Reader on my computer?
To view various documents, you must have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer. Get more information and download Adobe® Acrobat® Reader here.
What if I open the files and sometimes I get a blank screen?
If you have Acrobat Reader on your computer and when you attempt to open a PDF file, the file won't open or if file displays a blank page, right click (rather than left click) on the link and follow the on-screen instructions to save the file to your computer and view it locally.

Internet Explorer:
- Right click on the link to the file you wish to view (rather than left click).
- Click on "Save Target As."
- A dialog box will appear allowing your to save the PDF file to your computer.
- Click on "Save" to download the file. Next you'll get a dialog box that states the download is complete.
- Click on "Open" to view the file immediately.
- If you prefer to view the file later, make a note of where you save the file and click on "Close" to close the dialog box. Then simply open the file locally using Acrobat Reader.
Netscape Navigator:
- Right click on the link to the file you wish to view.
- Click on "Save Link As."
- A dialog box will appear indicating the file name and the location the file will be saved. Make a note of where you are saving the file.
- Click "Save" and open the file locally using Acrobat Reader.
Mozilla Firefox:
- Right click on the link to the file you wish to view.
- Click on "Save Link As."
- A dialog box will appear indicating the file name and the location the file will be saved. Make a note of where you are saving the file.
- Click "Save" and open the file locally using Acrobat Reader.
