Protégé Application

Y-12 is accepting applications from April 15 through June 15, 2008, from potential protégés for the Mentor Protégé class of 2009–2011. See Protégé Qualifications to determine eligibility and benefits.

Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by a team of professionals. Reviews will be based on established criteria and other pertinent data which will help determine a match between the small business and a Y‑12 organization.

All applications are due no later than June 15, 2008. Successful candidates will be notified by June 30, 2008. If you are interested in being considered, complete the application form (see instructions for downloading and returning the form).

The Mentor Protégé Forum, scheduled for Ocotber 2008, marks the beginning of the 2009–2011 class cycle. Subsequently the class will meet semiannually to report progress toward goals established by each Mentor-Protégé team. Additional training sessions and networking events designed to foster growth and partnering opportunities may be scheduled.
