Supervisory chain notified of eligible employees, reminded of their reporting responsibilities under this program and provided with a copy of the USFWS Leadership Development Assessment Report (LDAR) (See Appendix 3). |

Supervisors forward completed LDAR and employee’s Individual Development Plan through their supervisory chain to their Assistant Regional Director (ARD) or Division Chief (for Washington Office). |
