On May 27, 1999, the Rural Utilities Service announced in the Federal Register the availability of the Final Environmental Impact Statement for the Lincoln-Pipestone Rural Water, Existing System North/Lyon County Phase and Northeast Phase Expansion proposal. Two Options For Viewing or Downloading the Final Environmental Impact Statement
In an attempt to provide more public access to this document, we are offering individuals who have Internet access the option of viewing or downloading the text of the Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS). Because the FEIS's file size is so large (28.1 Mb) we broke up the document into discrete files. You may download the entire document or specific sections and appendices of the document depending on your interest or speed of your Internet connection.
