THE CRIME
Froylan Ocampo Nava is wanted for interference with child
custody of his two sons Felipe Andoreni Nava Jaimes and Jose
Froylan Nava Jaimes. Froylan Ocampo Nava, who is the children's
noncustodial father, allegedly abducted the boys on March 6,
2003, from Houston, Texas.
On July 10, 2003, a state arrest warrant
was issued for Froylan Ocampo Nava by the state of Texas, Harris
County, for interference with child custody. Additionally, on
May 13, 2004, Froylan Ocampo Nava was charged with unlawful flight
to avoid prosecution, and a federal arrest warrant was issued
by the United States District Court, Southern District of Texas.
