For years NCTC has used the after class Scantron or 'bubble sheets' to collect feedback from our students. Metrics that Matter® is a new system that has been made available through the DOI LEARN contract to collect feedback in a paperless format.
How will this effect me?
- no longer need to fill out bubble sheets at end of class
- will receive email providing link to take survey
- will now have more time to provide thoughtful feedback
- supervisors will be asked to provide follow up feedback re: how the training has impacted their employee
Why the change?
Metrics that Matter® will:
- help all DOI bureaus assess their training using the same set of criteria
- provide single data collection point for assessment
- assist bureaus with providing quality and pertinent training for their employees
