Electronic Medical Business Operations System (EMBOS)

This software is a state-of-the-art web-enabled comprehensive electronic medical record (EMR) system targeted at full-service Occupational Health Care facilities performing recurring certification, qualification, and surveillance examinations as mandated by federal, state, and/or local regulations and occupational health care standards.

The primary driver for EMBOS is the federal government's Code of Federal Regulation 10CFR 851 requirements which mandate electronic medical records by the year 2015.

Features

EMBOS is moving medical applications to another level by developing a software architecture that supports all occupational health functions and provides the user a complete patient electronic medical record in one integrated system. This software facilitates the capture of all patient data, workflow, access control, configuration management, and offers the medical provider a knowledge-based tool to support the occupational health assessment process.
