Airport SMS: From FAA Pilot Program to Implementation Conference
The FAA is partnering with the American Association of Airport Executives, Airports Council International-North America, and the MITRE Corporation to present an SMS conference, October 30-31, 2008, in Baltimore, MD.

The FAA Offices of Safety Services and Airport Safety and Standards---in partnership with AAAE, ACC, ACI-NA, and NASAO---announce the winners of the 2007-2008 Airport Design Competition for Universities.

This competition gives students at U.S. colleges and universities an opportunity to address technical challenges in the areas of Airport Operation and Maintenance; Runway Safety/Runway Incursions; and Airport Environmental Interactions.
