As an integral part of the Office of Science-Chicago Office (SC-CH), the Office of Human Resources Services (HRS) develops and implements a comprehensive human resources program and supports the SC-CH mission by providing advisory services and promoting optimum utilization and development of the organization's human capital.  It is our responsibility to assist managers in fully utilizing administrative flexibilities to enhance and retain a diverse and talented workforce that meets the mission requirements and strategic performance objectives.
