Staying on Track in a Volatile Market

• Attention Incentive PPO and Purdue 500 participants at West Lafayette, Calumet, and North Central campuses:  Your provider network changed July 1, 2008. 
• Verify that your provider participates in your new UnitedHealthcare Options network.
