The U.S. Secret Service is investigating Juan Martinez for conspiring to open business bank accounts in order to deposit stolen Treasury checks with the intent to defraud the banks by withdrawing the deposited funds.
On February 12, 2008, Martinez was indicted by a federal grand jury in West Palm Beach, FL for violations of Title 18 USC 641, conversion of public money. Several leads were developed placing Martinez in the West Palm Beach, FL area as recently as February 2008. Martinez is known to frequent night clubs and may be working as an emcee at a night club in the area.
