Records and Transcripts
Coming soon! NHI is currently working on functionality that will enable you to request your transcript through the NHI Web site.

In the meantime, please contact the NHI Registrar at NHIRegistrar@fhwa.dot.gov or (703) 235-0500 to request a copy of your transcript.

While we update our systems to better serve you, processing your request may take several days. So that we can process your request as efficiently as possible, please provide your first and last name, the dates and location of your training, along with the NHI Course number.


Note: Transcripts for courses taken prior to January 1, 2004, are not available. NHI received its IACET accreditation on that date, and thus began saving records on that date.
