Large Scale HPC Integration Workshop: Hotel information
The workshop will take place at Hotel Nikko San Francisco, 222 Mason Street, San Francisco 94102, California.
Sleeping Room BlockA block of petite queen rooms has been reserved for the nights of May 14, 15, and 16 at the negotiated workshop rate of $169 (plus tax) per night. To accommodate early arrivals and late departures, the hotel will honor this special rate beginning the night of May 11 through May 17, based on room availability.Check-in time at the hotel is 3:00 pm, and check-out time is 12:00 noon. Guests are responsible for all room charges.

Alternatively, you can make your reservation via telephone using the toll-free reservation number 1-800-248-3308, or via facsimile at 1-415-394-1159. Please reference the group name "Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory/Large Scale HPC Integration Workshop" to obtain the negotiated workshop rate.
Reservation Cutoff DateTo obtain rooms at the negotiated rate, reservations MUST be made by Monday, April 30. After this date, unused rooms will be released from the block, and the hotel will only accept reservations based on availability and prevailing room rates.
