Oregon's Action Plan for Diabetes
The Oregon Diabetes Program goal is to reduce the burden of diabetes in Oregon through a public health approach, working in collaboration with partners in the public and private sectors. Program activities focus both on the evolving health care infrastructure in Oregon and in community development. Our most innovative efforts to date have been in managed care.

New! The Oregon Diabetes Resource Bank
Diabetes is a complex medical condition that requires daily self-management along with regular visits to the the doctor and other health providers. In response to the need for easily accessible, reliable education materials about diabetes, the Oregon Diabetes Program partnered with the Oregon Diabetes Coalition to create the Oregon Diabetes Resource Bank website.

This website includes a variety of diabetes education handouts that can help people with diabetes understand more about the condition and get better care.
