ONR's Transition Initiatives Division directly supports technology insertion and out-of-cycle emergent needs with investment. Sponsorship is through either ONR, ASN (RDA) or OSD, and the ONR-related procedures and information flow for the Programs are centrally managed under ONR Code 03TTX.
