Family Planning Program
We are a health promotion and prevention-based sexual and reproductive health program designed to provide people with tools and skills to plan healthy, well-timed and intended pregnancies. We work to assure that a full range of family planning, sexual and reproductive health services are available across the state.
For Providers
Out-of-State Birth Certificate Requests
Effective March 1, 2008, the State Family Planning Program will order birth certificates for FPEP applicants who were born out-of-state to assist in documenting their citizenship.

Emergency Contraception in Hospitals

New Oregon law requires hospitals to: 1) inform sexual assault victims about emergency contraception (EC), and 2) provide EC pills upon request before victims leave the hospital.
