CSAP RADAR NETWORK STATE CENTER The federal Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) sponsors the Regional Alcohol and Drug Awareness Resource (RADAR) Network. The RADAR Network is a partnership in which members assist CSAP as the "eyes and ears" in the substance abuse field.
