Manna Warburton Manna Warburton

Manna Warburton received his B.S. in Biology with an emphasis in Ecology from San Diego State University. Manna's specialty is aquatic ecosystems. He is currently coordinating and participating in the third annual survey of the Santa Margarita Watershed. This survey is studying the interactions between native and exotic fish as well as the effects of rainfall and beavers (also exotic) on fish assemblages in the system. Other activities include experimental manipulations of pond habitats to explore ways of controlling the exotic African clawed frog Xenopus laevis, and water quality monitoring of local San Diego stream environments in an effort to measure impacts on native amphibians.
