Transitioning to SmartPay 2 Wright Express (NEW): GSA Fleet is pleased to announce it awarded a task order for fleet card services to Citibank who will be partnering with Wright Express (WEX) as its next fleet card provider.  WEX will additionally be providing a Mastercard backup for those vendors who are unable to accept the WEX card at their terminals.
