Welcome to the Integrated Support Command Portsmouth (ISC)! Located in the heart of Hampton Roads, ISC provides a wide variety of support services to units and personnel within the Fifth CG District, including general administration and personnel management, medical, supply, procurement and warehousing, industrial services, facilities maintenance, electronic and naval engineering, computer/electronics support. as well as morale and recreational services. The ISC is comprised of 6 divisions, each providing specialized support:
Personnel Services Division handles all administrative and personnel support functions for the command and supported units. Services include pay and personnel records management, a Customer Service Center that provides ID cards, Mutual Assistance, travel arrangements and HHG shipments, and base security. The division also manages the Work/Life program, base security, as well as Reserve administration and training coordination.
Comptroller Division handles all supply and financial matters for the ISC and tenant commands. The division manages Shipping and Receiving, warehouse facilities, and the Morale, Welfare and Recreation services, including a service club, pool, gym, and auto hobby shop.
Health Services Division provides medical and dental care to active duty Coast Guard and DoD personnel. The clinic also provides these services to dependents and retired personnel on a space available basis.
Facilities Engineering Division is responsible for providing base utilities, all building and grounds maintenance, and for enforcing environmental responsibilities for the base. It also provides all shore services to home ported and visiting vessels.
Industrial Division handles cutter and small boat maintenance and repair for home ported and visiting ships, as well as a majority of local Fifth Coast Guard District small boats. The division is also responsible for construction and repair of aids to navigation equipment.
Area Housing Office is responsible for managing all facets of Coast Guard Housing in the Fifth Coast Guard District Area of Responsibility including owned/leased housing, Unaccompanied Personnel Housing (UPH), and Representational Facilities (RFs). Locally, the housing division is responsible for Housing Referral services, the Rental Partnership Program (RPP), and an 80 room UPH.
