Brochure and Fact Sheet:
The brochure and fact sheet both provide a general overview of the NCCCP and is intended to inform audiences about the program's need, its purpose and goals, and its intended benefit to the cancer community. For hospitals that are participating in the pilot, these materials can be used to provide helpful information about the program to the general public as well as to the local communities which the hospitals serve.
