Checklist for Students

Please note that the RCFLs will be using a new application process which is not yet available. However, the checklist below is still valuable since the information will still be needed.

FD-956 School Certification form (File information: fd956.pdf; 21 KB)
Program Term Acknowledgement form (File Information: programterm.pdf; 19 KB)
Resume, outlining educational background, work experience, and awards/achievements
Current Academic Transcript
Written recommendation from the appropriate dean or department head
500-word essay expressing your interest in the program
Two current passport-sized photographs (2x2 inches in size)

Upon notification of a conditional offer, applicants are required to complete the Questionnaire for National Security Positions (File Information: SF86.pdf; 640 KB).

*Remember, only hard copies will be accepted.
