GSA's National Administrative Services and Office Supplies Acquisition Center supports civilian, and military agencies with products, and services to meet their office needs. In addition to providing a wide range of office supplies, this acquisition center also offers training, human resources, and Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) services.

Contracts are procured and awarded by three procurement branches, Administrative Services Acquisition Branch, Office Products Acquisition Branch- and the Products Acquisition Branch.

The Administrative Services and the Office Products branches award contracts for the following Schedules:

  • Schedule 67 - Cameras, Photographic Printers, and Related Supplies and Services
  • Schedule 69 - Training Aids & Devices; Instructor Led Training, Course Development, Test Administration
  • Schedule 75 - Office Products/Supplies and Services and New Products Technology
  • Schedule 76  - Publications Media
  • Schedule 738X - Human Resources and Equal Employment Opportunities Services
  • Schedule 81IB - Shipping, Packaging and Packing Supplies and Services
  • 00JWOD Schedule - AbilityOne (JWOD) 

The Products Acquisition Branch awards contracts in support of the Special Order Program (SOP), and the Expanded Direct Delivery (EDD) Program.

The Marketing and Business Support Branch is responsible for marketing to all customers through trade shows, seminars, presentations, and publications. The branch is also responsible for Acquisition Center support, development of new product lines, and identifying avenues that allow vendors to find business opportunities in the GSA Global Supply and Schedules programs.

The Inventory and Commodity Support Branch is responsible for over 1,500 items stocked in GSA depots thru the GSA Global Supply Program. In addition, the Special Order Program purchases thousands of items in GSA's supply classes for direct delivery to the customer.

The Commodity Support Section is responsible for providing specification for products, evaluating methods of supply, reviewing environmental issues, and ensuring that the GSA Global Supply Catalog accurately portrays products being offered.
