ADS Series 200 supersedes Handbooks 1*, 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9*, and 10.
Please Note: As of 09/01/2000, the Policy Papers and Policy Determinations found in Handbook 1, are now considered references for ADS Chapters 200 through 203. See ADS Chapter 200 for specifics. AID Handbook 9, Food for Peace, is an Additional Help document.
